Audiobook Version for Book 1 in the “Winning Teams” Trilogy

The first book in the How To Build Winning Teams Again And Again trilogy is now available as an audiobook. It was released, today, 14 May 2025, on Amazon and Audible.

The audiobook maket is growing at about 25% a year — much faster than the printed book segment — so it’s clear there is strong demand for audio versions.

The book uses Amazon’s Virtual Voice narration platform. Virtual Voice use advanced AI technology, which Amazon has been alpha and beta testing for years.

However, although the audiobook version is narrated using AI voice technology, I have carefully reviewed and edited every spoken line for clarity and engagement. Although it’s not me talking — it’s narrated in an expressive female voice — I’ve made sure the narration emphasises points the way I would if I was talking to you.

I will at some point in the next year bring out audiobook versions of Books 2 and 3 in the trilogy.
