James Scouller on the “Manager Memo” Podcast

Len Samborowski invited me on to his Manager Memo podcast show and it went live on 24 August 2024. You’ll find it here on Apple and Podchaser.

Len focuses his podcast on the planning, organizing, leading, and evaluating functions of management. He interviews “leading business experts” delivering what he calls “tantalizing tips, wizardly wisdom and energized encouragement” to his listeners.

In discussing my new trilogy, How To Build Winning Teams Again And Again, Len asked questions like:
